When you purchase a product from us, you have every right to expect a first class support system; and that is what we strive to provide. Our sales team is on hand seven days a week to help you with any questions, enquiries, or issues you may have with your purchases.
If things go wrong.
Very occasionally things can go wrong. For example; delays in delivery or goods arriving damaged. When they do, please let us know immediately. We will then discuss with you ways of rectifying the problem as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We are on your side, and assure you of our closest attention - even after the purchase.
Guarantees and Warrantees.
Most goods (except consumables like sticks and heads) are guaranteed by the manufacturers against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some products are guaranteed for longer. While repairs/replacement is at the manufacturer's discretion, we will act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement. Wherever possible we will loan you, free of charge, an equivalent product until the problem is resolved.
