At DrumWright, we pride ourselves on our range and depth of stock, and believe that it is amongst the best in the United Kingdom. The display stock in our showrooms is backed up by multiples in different sizes, colours and specifications at our warehouse.
Our Website.
We have literally thousands of products available for sale on our website, but these are all items that we usually stock. It is important to stress that our website is not linked to stock availability at the shop and our warehouses. In other words, just because it is present on our website, it does not necessarily mean that it is in stock. Although this is the exception, out of stock requests do happen, and we will contact you prompty with information and options if this is the case.
Why would an item be out of stock?
We have great systems for ensuring that we are always in stock of key items, including buying staff and our advanced stock computers. However, we can never control the stock of our suppliers. All products that music retailers stock are imported, and distributed by third party suppliers, and we rely on them to keep good stocks, but sometimes, this may not be the case. If there is a problem, we will come back to you promptly with a lead time, alternative, or offer of a refund.
